Fairfield Greenwich Rejects Allegations

Fairfield Greenwich today rejected allegations of wrongdoing included in a lawsuit filed by Fairfield Sentry. Lawyers for Fairfield Greenwich, which is legally separate from Fairfield Sentry, said that Fairfield Sentry appears to be proceeding as part of a legal strategy intended to fend off multiple proceedings against it. "We understand that the directors of Fairfield Sentry are under attack on several fronts," said Mark G. Cunha of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, a lawyer for Fairfield Greenwich.
