Foster Pepper PLLC, a full-service law firm since 1904 and headquartered in Seattle, WA, and Foster Pepper LLP, an independent but affiliated business law firm located in Portland, OR, announced the termination of their affiliation relationship. The Portland firm has changed its name to Roberts Kaplan LLP, effective June 1, 2009. The 21-year relationship has ended amicably, with a difference in business philosophies the basis for the decision, according to Robert Kunold, Jr., Foster Pepper PLLC's Executive Committee Chair.
