Despite Bankruptcy, General Motors Tops New ABI Research Global OEM Telematics Vendor Matrix Ranking

General Motors has been ranked at the top of the latest Vendor Matrix released by ABI Research. BMW and Ford claimed the second and third spots in the company's most recent evaluation of worldwide OEM telematics vendors. "While GM's Onstar retains the first rank by offering the most complete and reliable consumer telematics safety and security portfolio available in the US (and soon in China), its competitors are gradually closing the gap," comments research practice director Dominique Bonte.
