The Michigan Business Tax, rising health care costs and economic challenges are causing many Michigan small and medium-sized businesses to consider reducing the health care coverage they provide their employees -- or cancelling it altogether -- according to a recent survey by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA).
