NLPC Releases 'Justice Delayed is Justice Denied'

Ken Boehm of the National Legal and Policy Center announced the release of a white paper that analyzes the Williams v. Phillip Morris Case, Marshall v. Marshall Case, and the dangers of excessive and lengthy litigation. Boehm states, "The title may be an old legal cliche, but it certainly has its modern proof in the cases it analyzes - Williams v. Philip Morris and Marshall v. Marshall." He goes on to say, "Both of these cases were remanded by the Supreme Court. These tortuous torts have clogged court dockets for a decade, providing ample evidence of why no one hoping to live a reasonable life would want to make a federal case out of anything - if they could avoid it....
