Studies from A. Maccio and co-researchers update current data on breast cancer therapy

Current study results from the report, 'Adipose tissue as target organ in the treatment of hormone-dependent breast cancer: new therapeutic perspectives,' have been published. According to a study from Italy, "Breast cancer is the female malignant neoplasia with the highest incidence in the industrialized world. Despite many undeniable therapeutic successes obtained, breast cancer still remains, however, a major health issue."
