The MAPK pathway may be a potential therapeutic target in acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL).

According to recent research published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry, "Because the MAPK pathway plays important roles in cell proliferation and inhibition of apoptosis, this pathway has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for solid tumors and leukemia.
