Oxford's global network boosts healthcare in the Third World

A new Oxford, England-based charity, funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and supported by the U.K. Department for International Development and the Wellcome Trust, has brought together a global network of scientists, pharmaceutical companies, intellectual property practitioners, governments and researchers to create innovative ways of managing intellectual property (IP) to deliver real health care benefits in developing countries.
