Liberman named general counsel, corporate secretary at biotech firm

CytRx Corporation (CYTR) announced that Gregory R. Liberman has been appointed general counsel and corporate secretary.

As a member of the senior management team, Liberman will be responsible for managing CytRx's worldwide legal affairs, policy, and strategy. Reporting to Steven A. Kriegsman, CEO, Liberman will also serve as secretary to the company's board of directors.

"We are extremely pleased that Greg has joined CytRx," said Kriegsman. "His diversity of experience strengthens the depth of our leadership team and better positions CytRx for success."
