Results from the study demonstrated that the group of patients (n=3D20) treated with Lidoderm (lidocaine patch 5%), applied to the painful wrist region achieved a 41.5% reduction in mean pain intensity as measured by the brief pain inventory (BPI) at week 0 (5.3/10 score) and at week 4 (3.1/10 score).
