IRIDEX now current on its U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission filings

IRIDEX Corp. (IRIX) reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 and announced that on December 22, 2006 it has filed an amended quarterly report on Form 10-Q/A for the first quarter of 2006 ended April 1, 2006 as well as its quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the second and third quarters of 2006, ended July 1, 2006 and September 30, 2006, respectively, with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
With these filings, the company is, once again, current on its filings with the SEC.
