Bauer Commends Supreme Court Ruling in the Ricci Case: Applauds the Use of 'Martin Luther King Test'

Former presidential candidate Gary Bauer on Monday commended the 5-4 ruling of the Supreme Court in which the high court sided with the U.S. Constitution in protecting the rights of white and Hispanic fire fighters who had earned promotions through testing which were denied when no black fire fighters achieved the same results. "The Supreme Court followed the 'Martin Luther King test' which holds that regardless of race, creed or color, all people should receive equal justice under the law," said Bauer.
