Non-Invasive Uterine Fibroid Treatment with ExAblate Shows Significantly Fewer Complications and Faster Recovery than Hysterectomy

InSightec Ltd. announced that three new papers published

in the November issue of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology add to the growing body of data supporting the use of ExAblate® as a safe, effective and durable treatment for uterine fibroids.

One study showed that non-invasive treatment with the ExAblate Magnetic Resonance-guided Focused Ultrasound (MRgFUS) system offers women a significantly less risky treatment for symptomatic uterine fibroids with much faster recovery time than hysterectomy.
