Martha Fenchak-Bell, 57, of West Mifflin, was held for trial March 29, 2004, on charges of involuntary manslaughter, neglect of a care-dependent person, conspiracy and reckless endangerment in the October 26, 2001, death of Mabel Taylor at the Ronald Reagan Atrium I Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
