Bartholomew County deputies face fitness tests
Published in Physician Law Weekly, October 13th, 2004
Deputies will be tested October 15 to see if they meet the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy's minimum entrance requirements.
Among other tasks, deputies, including Sheriff Kenny Whipker, will be asked to:
*run 1-1/2 miles in less than 18 minutes and 56 seconds
*do 21 push-ups
*run 300 meters in less than 82 seconds
*perform 24 sit-ups in one minute.
