Pharmaceutical company announces new president, chief executive officer

aaiPharma Inc. (AAII) announced that Ludo Reynders, PhD, has joined the company as president and chief executive officer, replacing Fred Sancilio, PhD, effective immediately.

Reynders spent 15 years with Quintiles Transnational Corporation, most recently as managing director of PharmaBio Development.

Prior to that, he served as chief executive officer of Quintiles Development Services where he grew and managed the company's global clinical research organization business.
