Company sues former CEO and president

Endovasc, Inc., (EVSC) announced that it has filed a lawsuit against its former CEO and president, David P. Summers, in the 284th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas.

The suit filed on behalf of Endovasc, Inc., alleges a civil conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract and recision by David P. Summers and seeks restitution and damages in excess of $3.5 million.

This suit does not affect the company's core intellectual property or potential licensing opportunities for any of its products or subsidiaries.

Endovasc is focused on drug development in the areas of cardiovascular and metabolic medicine.
