Biophan Technologies, Inc., (BIPH), a developer of next-generation medical technology, has announced that a new round of experimental tests have demonstrated the ability of the company's proprietary technology to enable Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of Vena Cava filters. Vena Cava filters are implanted in the Vena Cava of some patients undergoing surgery to capture and trap blood clots that have the potential to cause embolisms.
