FTI Consulting to acquire Cambio Health Solutions

FTI Consulting, Inc., (FCN), a provider of corporate finance/restructuring, forensic/litigation/technology, and economic consulting, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of privately held Cambio Health Solutions, LLC. The acquisition, which is valued at approximately $43 million, is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2005.
