Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc., (HRT) reported that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 20, 2005, the board's nominee for director, James E. Rouse, president and CEO of the company and it's wholly owned subsidiary, Micron Products, Inc., was re-elected to a 3 year term as a director of the company. In other business, shareholders ratified the appointment of BDO Seidman, LLP, as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2005, and approved the adoption of the Arrhythmia Research Technology 2005 Stock Award Plan proposed by the board of directors.
