Injectible drug delivery systems manufacturer announces quarterly dividend

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (WST), a manufacturer of closure systems and syringe components for use with injectable drugs, announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share of the company's common stock for the quarter ended June 30, 2005.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of July 20, 2005.

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. manufacturers components and systems for injectable drug delivery, including stoppers and seals for vials, and closures and disposable components used in syringe, IV and blood collection systems.
