Preoperative chemotherapy did not increase complications after NSCLC resection

According to recent research from France, "Neoadjuvant chemotherapy before resection of NSCLC seems to increase survival, mainly in the early stage. Risks of postoperative complications after chemotherapy and surgery remain controversial."
