Chemistry-based drug discovery firm adds three people to management team

Albany Molecular Research, Inc., (AMRI) announced the addition of three new members to its management team.

Michael P. Williams has been named director of contracts, licensing and legal affairs. He will be responsible for coordinating the company's overall legal activities and supporting business development initiatives, including customer contracts and licensing activities.

Prior to joining AMRI, he was a partner at the law firm of Hiscock & Barclay. He also served as senior counsel at Bond Schoeneck & King, and as an associate at Wall Marjama & Bilinski. Earlier in his career, he was a sales representative for the specialty chemical division of...
