Pharma firm focused on acquiring non-strategic brands announces extension to file form 10-K

Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (BDY) announced that the New York Stock Exchange has granted the company an extension through January 31, 2006 to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2004.

This extension is subject to review by the NYSE on an ongoing basis. Should the company be unable to meet this deadline, it may request up to an additional 2 months to file its 2004 Form 10-K, which request will be subject to formal re-evaluation by the NYSE.

On December 19, 2005, the company announced that it anticipated filing its 2004 Form 10-K on or about January 31, 2006.
