Nation's Leaders on Dementia and Family Caregiving Gather at Thomas Jefferson University to Explore 'A New Age in Dementia Care'

More than 200 leading healthcare professionals representing a broad cross section of service providers gathered at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia to share their knowledge and participate in a summit focused on new models of care for those suffering from dementia. The summit was sponsored by The Jefferson Center for Applied Research on Aging and Health (CARAH) at Thomas Jefferson University, along with its soon-to-be-unveiled Living Laboratory for Elder Care.
