Acacia Subsidiary Licenses Medical Monitoring Technology to Draeger Medical

Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced that its Medical Monitoring and Paging LLC subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with Draeger Medical, Inc. covering a patent directed to medical monitoring and paging technology. This agreement resolves the parties' claims and counter-claims that were pending in the District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
