"The present study was designed to evaluate the usefulness of two novel molecular typing methods, amplification of DNA fragments surrounding rare restriction sites (ADSRRS-fingerprinting) and the PCR melting profile (PCR MP), for Staphylococcus aureus strain differentiation.
