Study results from Jinan University broaden understanding of life sciences

Scientists discuss in 'Expression and purification of human keratinocyte growth factor 2 by fusion with SUMO' new findings in life sciences. According to a study from Guangzhou, People's Republic of China, "Small ubiquitin-related modifier (SUMO) fusion system has been shown to be efficient for enhancing expression and preventing degradation of the target protein.
