Educational program teaches parents how to manage children's asthma

There are many sources of asthma information and education available today. But only a few actually address the special needs of parents with young children, and fewer still that are proven through independent research to actually make a difference.

The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) is launching a new "validated" education program called "Wee Wheezers." The program is a tool for healthcare professionals to teach parents of children under age 7 to recognize, prevent and manage asthma symptoms.
