Saxony-Anhalt, located in Central Germany, tops a list of "Best Kept Investment Secrets", part of the "2008 Global Best to Invest" rankings published in Site Selection Magazine's March 2009 issue. The Best to Invest rankings is a new annual report recognizing the top national, regional and local investment promotion agencies around the world for their ability to attract inward direct investment during the preceding year.
