Androgen Deprivation and Erectile Response in Rabbits

A recent study has shown that androgen deprivation alters both the structure and functional responses of erectile tissue.

A.M. Traish et al. explored the function of testosterone in erection in rabbits ("Effects of Castration and Androgen Replacement on Erectile Function in a Rabbit Model," Endocrinology, April 1999;140(4):1861-1868).
