MetroPlus Health Plan Expands Agreement with DST Health Solutions to Include Core Claims Engine, Software Applications

DST Health Solutions announced that MetroPlus Health Plan, Inc., has extended its contract for the company's core claims engine, PowerSTEPP(R), via an application service provider (ASP) delivery model. PowerSTEPP is an enterprise-level software solution that will help MetroPlus administer, manage and deliver healthcare benefits and services. MetroPlus also selected DST Health Solutions' medical utilization management, Internet and decision support applications. Terms were not disclosed.
