DepoDur identified as option for postoperative pain relief

Data from two clinical trials presented at the American Society of Anesthesiologists' annual meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada, support the safety and efficacy of DepoDur (morphine sulfate extended-release liposome injection) CII - a single-dose epidural injection designed to improve postoperative pain control.

DepoDur will be commercially available in the U.S. by the end of 2004.
