Regenerative medicin-focused company adds 2 to clinical development team

MacroPore Biosurgery, Inc. (XMP) announced the addition of 2 members to their clinical development team who will be instrumental in completing the development of the company's medical systems and advancing its stem and regenerative cell therapies for cardiovascular disease into clinical trials.

Douglas Arm, PhD, was named the vice president of development for Regenerative Cell Technology, and will lead the Celution System design and strategic development efforts. Kai Pinkernell, MD, was named the director of Clinical Applications and will play an important role in the development of the company's stem and regenerative cell therapies for cardiovascular disease.
