Studies conducted at Avicenne Teaching Hospital on urinary tract infection epidemiology recently published

Current study results from the report, 'Does catheter-associated urinary tract infection increase mortality in critically ill patients,' have been published. In this recently published article, scientists in Bobigny, France conducted a study "To produce an accurate estimate of the association between catheter-associated urinary tract infection (UTI) and intensive care unit (ICU) and hospital mortality, controlling for major confounding factors. Nested case-control study in a multicenter cohort (the OutcomeRea database)."
