The 27-year-old patient presented with bilateral diminution of vision. There was no history of ocular trauma, intravenous drug usage, diabetes, or chronic topical or systemic antibiotic or steroid therapy ("Bilateral Fungal Corneal Ulcers with Pulmonary TB," Annals of Ophthalmology," November/December 1994;26(6):253-254).
