Test To Be Marketed in China and Mexico To Treat Tuberculosis

DynaGen, Inc., Cambridge, Massachusetts, announced that it has signed a three-year exclusive distribution agreement with OSROC, a diversified, multi-industrial company headquartered in Hainan, the People's Republic of China.

The agreement grants OSROC the right to sell DynaGen's rapid serological tuberculosis (TB) test, MycoDot, throughout China. It also grants OSROC the right to assemble the product in China from components supplied by DynaGen. Product assembly and distribution will be managed by the health care unit of OSROC.
