CA 125 Elevation Suggests Ovarian Cancer in TB Patients

Researcher Fernando Nistal de Paz and colleagues report three such cases ("Pelvic-Peritoneal Tuberculosis Simulating Ovarian Carcinoma: Report of Three Cases with Elevation of the CA 125," American Journal of Gastroenterology, 1996;91(8):1660-1661).
