WHO Proposes Attacking Antibiotic Resistance on Three Fronts

Possibly, if measures aren't taken immediately to contain the growing misuse and over- prescription of antibiotics, according to a commentary in the journal Science by R.J. Williams on behalf of the World Health Organization (WHO) ("Containment of Antibiotic Resistance," Science, February 20, 1998).
