According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the European Congress of Radiology, held March 7-12, 1999, in Vienna, Austria, "Purpose: Dermatologic disorders may be the first or most prominent signs of HIV infection. The purpose of this exhibit is to illustrate the radiographic findings of various conditions that affect both the abdomen and dermal tissue in HIV positive patients.
