High Risk Countries Not Complying with WHO Guidelines

Countries with the world's highest tuberculosis rates are the least compliant with World Health Organization TB control targets.

The World Health Organization's (WHO) E.M. Netto and colleagues reviewed global tuberculosis case notifications and treatment outcomes and assessed progress in TB control during 1995-1996, especially in the 22 countries that carry 80 percent of all incident cases.
