Educational Initiative Discusses Advances In Ophthalmic Fluoroquinolones

Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., announced that it has launched a series of activities to educate pediatricians about the proper use of ophthalmic fluoroquinolones in the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye).

The initiative began with a symposium during a major pediatric medical meeting and continued with other educational activities and tools. Santen is working in collaboration with its copromotion partner for pediatrics, Professional Detailing, Inc. (PDI).
