Barr Gets Letter Closing Ciprofloxacin Settlement Review by States

Barr Laboratories, Inc., (BRL) has been notified by the Texas Office of Attorney General that the state Attorney General's investigation into Barr's ciprofloxacin settlement agreement is closed. Texas served as the lead state on behalf of a group of state Attorneys General who had requested information on the company's 1997 agreement with Bayer AG that ended a challenge of the patents related to the antibiotic Cipro.
