Booy at Wyeth Vaccines and St. Bartholomew's/Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry, respectively, in London examined data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in England and Wales involving cases of "unspecified" deaths from infectious disease among children younger than 4 years.
