 Carpobrotus edulis extract effective against lymphoma, staphylococcal infection

A novel plant extract can sensitize drug-resistant lymphoma cells and induce antistaphylococcal immune responses.

"Although alkaloids from the family Aizoaceae have anticancer activity, species of this family have received little attention," researchers in Portugal noted.
