Grants to fund rapid, portable detection systems for HIV, blood lead

Alderon Biosciences of Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, announced the award of two new research grants.

As the original developer and manufacturer of the LeadCare, a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved portable blood-lead test, Alderon Biosciences has been chosen to research and develop a broad range of rapid and portable detection systems for the U.S. health and environmental markets.
