A specialized filtration testing laboratory in Bloomington, Minnesota, LMS Technologies, tested the StrionAir GC System against Staphylococcus aureus, a Gram-positive bacteria responsible for numerous upper respiratory infections and a major cause of hospital-acquired (nosocomial) infections, and Serratia Marcescens a Gram-negative bacteria likewise linked to respiratory illness.
