Constella group acquires international public health company

Constella Group, LLC, a professional health-services company based in the U.S., announced that it has acquired Futures Group, Inc., which provides public health and social programs for developing countries.

Futures Group focuses on key areas such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, maternal and child health, and family planning and reproductive health.
