Diagnostics test company enters joint venture with Chinese firm and northern China hospital

Medical Services International Inc announced that it has entered into a joint venture with a Chinese firm and a hospital located in northern China, whereby the Chinese firm and the hospital will act as joint distributors of the VScan products in northern China.

The hospital will use the VScan products exclusively whenever possible. The hospital will also conduct any testing required in order to get any approvals required with regulatory agencies.
