A reverse hybridization line probe assay detects rifampin and isoniazid-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains. "Mycobacterium tuberculosis is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is associated with a high case fatality rate.
